Identity

Register with ERC-8004 if you need a transferable agent card. Store the registration file where you can update it. Remember that agentWallet clears on transfer.

Memory

Public memory can be an ERC-8048 context record. Private memory needs a design like ERC-7857, or it will not survive a sale.

Ownership

Decide what the buyer gets: the prompt, the wallet, the reputation, the domain name in an app. Write that in the listing.

Activation

Ship a prompt URL and a JSON agent file. Do not force a hosted chat if the chain already has the soul.

Permissions

Separate owner, operator, and payment wallet. Do not give a pet prompt the right to sign transactions.
